1. The BASED NOBLEMAN is right beside the highest ranked of the BASED community
2. He/she is chosen to be the lead to assist if there is any negative in the community
3. He/she assists with any uncertainties beyond the control of the highest ranked BASED ROBOT of the community

But what is Based World? According to XOBASED (I’m paraphrasing) it is a ‘living role-playing game’ in which through Lil B’s music and lifestyle one may lead a more positive life.

For the most part the world exists online, especially on Twitter but the point is to positively enhance one’s life in the real world as well.
